Spring Grounding Group


This group serves as an opportunity for us to create community, build routine, and deepen our understanding of yoga. Each week we will start with a dharma talk to help guide out intentions for the week, practice a bit of yoga asana, and then end our time in meditation. These weekly online sessions are about 35 minutes to give plenty of time to prepare for the rest of your day after we meet.

This 4-week series our conversation will revolve around Kriya Yoga - the path of action - using the Yoga Sutras, journaling and yoga asana to deepen our understanding of this thread.

All sessions are recorded and sent for group participants to practice with throughout the week.
