A lecture and conversation around the Full Moon in Scorpio and the specific energy of the season, followed by a deeply restorative yoga practice intended to facilitate the release of negative emotions, thought patterns or ideas that are no longer serving you.

This group serves as an opportunity for us to create community, routine and help build up our resiliency during this time of seasonal transformation. Each week we will check-in and spend time learning and meditating on a grounding philosophy or elemental topic to guide us through the week. Our weekly gathering will include a meditation and movement to help build a weekly routine as we near the end of this Fall Season.

Join Jessica Winters for this 4-week series dedicated to pranayama and therapeutic hatha yoga. Intended to improve flexibility of the mind and body, as well as build strength in your asana and pranayama practices. Each week, our practice will include a combination of exercises to target the spine, refine balance and improve shoulder stability. The last portion of our weekly practice will include focused pranayama techniques.
This series is open to all levels of yoga experience and will be recorded for those who are unable to attend the livestream class.

I’m thrilled to have Court Fletcher join the Yogabird Studios team with a lunchtime yin practice!
In this class, longer held poses allow opportunities for connective tissue and fascial release. During the stillness, we explore breath-work and mindfulness practices. This is the ‘yin’, or the more watery, softer, passive compliments to our more 'yang' - fiery, active, engaging practices.
All poses are practiced on the mat in this class. Props, including blankets, towels, pillows, yoga blocks and straps are useful.
