We will use props to support longer held poses as we cultivate stillness of mind while offering space to the connective tissues in the body. This evening practice will culminate with meditation, building on our practice we move through the Fall season.
Classes are accessible for all bodies and abilities. All props are provided (personal mats and props are welcome and encouraged)
