Spring Grounding Group


This group serves as an opportunity for us to create community. build routine, and deepen our understanding of yoga. Each week we will start with a dharma talk to help guide out intentions for the week, practice a bit of yoga asana, and then end our time in meditation. These weekly sessions are about 35 minutes to give plenty of time to prepare for the rest of your day after we meet.

This 5-week series will include a discussion and exploration of the Koshas. In yoga philosophy, there are 5 'sheaths', 'layers', or 'koshas' that create our subtle, or energetic body.

These weekly sessions are about 35 minutes to give plenty of time to prepare for the rest of your day after we meet.

All sessions are recorded and sent for group participants to practice with throughout the week.
