Study + Restore: An 8-week Series

This 8-week series will be a weekly opportunity to learn, reflect and restore. Each week, we will spend about 45 minutes discussing The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - yoga's philosophical foundations. We will use the remainder of our time to practice restorative yoga. This practice of yoga encourages props to create a restful, comfortable position for the body to encourage ease of breath and reset energetic pathways in the body.

Dates: Tuesdays January 19th - March 9th

Time: 7:30- 9pm

Suggested investment for this 8-week series is $80 ($40 for members)

While there is no required materials for this workshop, students may find benefit from purchasing or borrowing a translation of the Yoga Sutras (there are many options). Purchasing yoga-specific props is not necessary; Props for practice can include pillows, blankets, towels, soft sweatshirts, etc.
