Winter Grounding Group

This group serves as an opportunity for us to create community, routine and help build up our resiliency through self-care. Each week we will check-in, set intentions for the week, meditate and move together, building a routine to help us sustain through the Winter season.

Over 6 weeks, we will build up to about 10 minutes of silent meditation and develop a short, personalized yoga sequence to practice at home, in addition to discussing themes of self-care and self-inquiry through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda.

These weekly sessions are about 35 minutes to give plenty of time to prepare for the rest of your day after we meet.

This 6-week series began February 1st, but attending all of the sessions is not a requirement.
